Leaked Email Reveals Huge Changes For KFC

As far as fried chicken runs, I’m no expert. For whatever reason, my late night fast food binges tended not to be of the poultry assortment. At least, that’s how it was up until recently.

I have now find the error of my styles, realising long after everyone else that KFC and its ilk are truly as finger-lickin’ good as I was always told. Asa late convert to the church of Kentucky Fried Chicken, it came as some surprise to find that my new religion may be changing on a fundamental level. An email chain between KFC executives have been leaked online, uncovering that there will be some major changes to their food in the near future. Now don’t panic( as I may have just done) when I tell you the following: There may be plans to change KFC’s original fried chicken recipe.’ Project Titan’is the tremendous subject of these leaked emails, and presumably the secret title of the new enterprise. Following a meeting about the product, this leaked email are speaking about a’ new recipe’ and the significant risk involved in developing and announcing it to the world. This is a huge deal considering the recipe of “1 1 herbs and spices” was perfected in 1940, and has remained unchanged since that day. Still, the person sending the email, a Senior Brand Manager, seems confident in the concept. He wrote: “Very pleased to see the new recipe, think it will go down great”. He also tried to comfort those in the company( or at least this email chain) that may have some doubts about the new product, telling them: ”I know it may seem a risk for the business but I’m confident people will love it just as much as the Colonel’s Original Recipe”. I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little skeptical. And in an ironic twisting, he speaks about the confidentiality of’ Project Titan’: “I know I mentioned this in the meeting but please ensure anyone working on this signs an NDA in advance. This is a pretty big step for the company so obviously very sensitive! ” I guess he doesn’t required to worrying about NDAs after today … It could turn out to be a new addition to the menu, or even a positive change to the original herbs and spices that constructs KFC so damn good. But I mustn’t be the only one who is scared of change, especially when it comes to food. When the Original Recipe is threatened, it’s hard not to overreact. Take it how you are able to, this may be “exciting periods ahead for all involved” as the Brand Manager said after all. All we can do is wait and hope the change is for the very best. This comes after news last year that the original recipe may have been discovered, written down in an old scrapbook. The secret flavouring is normallykept in a vault, merely to be known by the company. That was until a nephew of Colonel Sanders procured the handwritten note along with thewill of Sanders’ second wife. Appearing for more fried chicken content? Well then you should read more about the secrets of the original recipe.
